We’re seeking a positive, personable operations support representative for our Professional Services location and logistics to work with our results - driven team. This individual will be in-person, based out of our Professional Services office located at 2107 Emmorton Park Road, Suite 118, Edgewood, MD, Monday through Friday during normal business hours with some early arrivals and late departures depending on unique circumstances. Minimal day or overnight travel may be required for training or other special events. The compensation package for this position includes health care coverage participation, 401(k), and negotiable salary based on experience, education, and other criteria. Learn more about our Professional Services team here: www.midches.com/professionalservices Responsibilities: • Coordinating Professional Services scheduling, logistics, and office management • Supporting Professional Services team based out of same location • Providing same-day response to customers and internal team • Supporting the outside sales team with CRM data entry, project quoting, and other related activities • Backing up the customer service team located at 1401 Abingdon Road, Abingdon, MD • Generating and completing various reports on a timely basis • Support the outside sales representative team for our represented security manufacturers • Support customers by preparing quotations, providing project design, and other similar activities required to achieve team goals • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Ability to prepare and receive packages • Completing other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be a U.S. citizen • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) • Proficient with Microsoft Teams • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat • Interest in continual improvement in processes and procedures that improve customer support and streamline Professional Services operations • Ability to work with a variety of electronic devices and peripherals (i.e. cables, adapters), including printers, mobile devices, and computer accessories. • Detail and process oriented • Ability to work in a supportive role as part of a team • “Can Do” positive attitude Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
