Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is looking for multiple COMPUTER SYSTEMS TECHNICAL ANALYST to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with the Department of Veteran Affairs and have experience supporting Information Technology portfolios and portfolio integration efforts. The Computer Systems Technical Analyst must be capable of performing as a resource on project teams to engage with customers and technical stakeholders to define and deliver desired /required capabilities. Must be superb self-manager and time management, while helping to manage projects in a remote environment. This position is for a Computer Systems Technical Analyst who supports data collection, input, analysis, and dashboards. Candidates will support mission-oriented business programs or initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops the required software using the higher order language specified by the delivery order.
• Source and maintain data integrity ensuring validity and availability of data.
• Performs comparative analysis, creates charts and diagrams to reflect findings.
• Performs modeling of large data sets, perform predictive and regression modeling using MS Excel or other comparable SW (simple and multiple linear).
• Perform hypothesis testing in developing recommendations and courses of action.
• Promotes best practices in data analysis and reporting, highly effective at using data tools for modeling and reporting using dashboards.
• Effective communicating with stakeholders (customers, teammates, and business partners) to solicit and determine needs, business patterns and trends.
• Works directly with Managers to track customer needs, define requirements using process based questions and related work items.
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to write requirements specifications and has the ability to modify them to support specific project objectives accurately and concisely.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to members of the scrum to help guide execution of activities.
• Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order. May conduct in-depth research in support of studies and analyses.
• Advises chain-of-command of work details and customer requirements to ensure quality work is delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Supports the Program Manager and Business Relations Manager supporting business strategy.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Provides reports of work projects, weekly and monthly report data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related scientific /technical discipline

o Years of Experienced Required: 2 yrs

Experience:

· VA experience (Preferred)

· Knowledge and experience with CPIC - Capital Planning Investment Control (Preferred)

· Experience performing IT project, program, or portfolio management and project / systems analysis

· MS Office applications MS SharePoint, Project, Power BI

· Experience creating dashboards highly desired

· Strong oral and written communications

· Comprehensive interpersonal skills

· Senior-level problem solving skills
