    MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL BETWEEN HESPERIA AND PALMDALE FOR PROJECTS!

     

    OFFSITE SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Manage subcontractors for all off-site and land development to include mass grading, paving, wet and dry utilities, curbs, sewer, gutters, streets, etc.

    · Manage budgets and schedules for individual projects.

    OFFSITE SUPERINTENDENT REQUIREMENTS:

    · MUST HAVE 3-8 years of experience working with land development and/or offsite construction as a field superintendent working directly for a land developer or builder.

    · Working experience with entitlements and bonds.

    · Bachelor’s degree in construction management or other related field is ideal yet not required.

    · Able to read construction offsite blue prints and land use plan drawings.

    · Proven relationship builder with vendors, subcontractors, cities and counties.

    · Team player.

    · Individual contributor.
