Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with assigned customers to build and support the business relationship
- Process sales orders from Customer purchase orders by completing order entry into the online system, and ensures that contract review is completed appropriately
- Provide support via phone and email regarding; lead-time, availability, technical support, and shipping information.
- Act as a liaison with operations. Takes ownership of assigned accounts, and provides client relations and order entry for those assigned
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in manufacturing required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
