Responsibilities:

Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with requirements, and FAR 8.405 procedures.

Coordinate with COR and ensure 90-95% on-time deliverables (AQL) across all tasks.

Supervise section leads (Network Operations, Network Engineering, Cable Plant, Asset Management) and administrative compliance (e.g., NDAs, monthly reports).

Mitigate Organizational and Consultant Conflicts of Interest (OCCI) and ensure Section 508 compliance.

Maintain Top Secret Facility Clearance compliance and personnel clearance processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of program management experience in DoD contracts.

Knowledge of FAR 8.405, DISA SOPs, and DoD security policies.

Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
