    Job Description Summary

    The Program Administrative Coordinator serves as the front-line point of contact for public assistance and government service programs. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, documenting interactions, logging and tracking requests, and providing routine follow-up and administrative support. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate information capture, professional customer service, and timely support for program operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Core Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and operational support to consulting and program staff
    • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and version control for program materials
    • Support the preparation and organization of program deliverables and work products
    • Perform routine clerical and coordination tasks to support program execution

    Client and Project Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls for government service and public assistance programs
    • Log, track, and document calls, requests, and inquiries using established systems
    • Provide basic information and guidance to callers in accordance with program procedures
    • Route requests, issues, and escalations to the appropriate staff for resolution
    • Perform routine follow-up on open items and document outcomes
    • Support help desk and call center operations to meet service standards and response times

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum Management Consulting Experience

    • Experience providing administrative, clerical, or program support in a professional environment

    Specialized Experience Required

    • Customer service, call center, or help desk experience
    • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
    • Ability to follow established procedures and workflows
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills
    • Comfort working with tracking systems, databases, or ticketing tools
    • Experience supporting public-sector or service-oriented programs is a plus

    Education & Certifications

    Required

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred

    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field

    Work Location & Arrangement

    This role supports a public-sector client and may be delivered through a hybrid or on-site work arrangement, based on client and operational needs. Work may be performed at the client site, at the RBC office, or a combination of both.

    Schedule & Position Type

    • Full-time position
    • Long-term engagement with potential extension
    • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
    • No routine travel required

    This position is contingent upon contract award. The anticipated start date for this role is February 2026, subject to final client authorization.

    Compensation Range

    $48,000 – $60,000 annually, equivalent to approximately $23–$29 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
