    Overview:

    INTECON, LLC is seeking a skilled Program Analyst – Business Operations to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Communications and Congressional Affairs (OCCA). This role will provide program and project management support to the Business Operations Team at DCSA Headquarters in Quantico, VA. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure seamless office management, leadership support, budget tracking, and coordination of taskers, meetings, and logistics in a high-visibility federal environment.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide program and project management support to OCCA leadership, including planning, scheduling, compiling briefing materials, and tracking office taskers.
    • Serve as a liaison with DCSA offices and external agencies on behalf of OCCA senior leadership.
    • Manage correspondence, inquiries, and executive communications, ensuring accurate dissemination and timely responses.
    • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools to support workload management, suspense tracking, and customer requests.
    • Provide office management support, including personnel coordination, logistics planning, and network/security access coordination.
    • Coordinate and support OCCA leadership travel, including authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
    • Facilitate staff meetings, off-site engagements, and special events, including venue coordination and preparation of briefing packages.
    • Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal processes and office procedures.
    • Support the preparation of monthly progress reports, status updates, and deliverables in alignment with contractual requirements.

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Active Secret clearance is required; Top Secret clearance is preferred.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
      • Four (4) additional years of relevant experience and/or industry certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
      • Advanced education or training in project management, administrative support, or task management is preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in program analysis, business operations, or executive support within the DoD or other federal agencies.
    • Demonstrated proficiency (2+ years) with task management systems such as CATMS, JIRA, SharePoint, or ServiceNow for coordinating assignments and maintaining records.
    • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced knowledge and hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access), SharePoint, Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Power BI.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and professional executive-level documents.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership, congressional staff, and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
    • Familiarity with DoD security and administrative policies is preferred.
