Employment Type Full-Time, Exempt | W-2 Project-Funded Employee Location Remote or PSCG New Braunfels, TX office. Limited travel. Compensation $70,000 base plus benefits.Project-Funded Position: This position is tied to PSCG's subcontract under a specific task order within a Master Services Agreement. Employment begins at the task order kickoff and continues through the task order period of performance. Continued employment beyond the initial period of performance is contingent upon PSCG's award of follow-on work. PSCG prioritizes retention and redeployment of proven team members to subsequent task orders as volume allows.
ABOUT PSCG
1099 Engagement — Independent Contractor: This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not W-2 employment. Consultants execute a PSCG Master Independent Consultant Agreement. Consultants set their own hours within defined deadlines for deliverables, maintain their own equipment, and are free to work for other clients. No PSCG benefits apply; consultants manage their own taxes, insurance, and retirement.
