    Position Contingent Upon Contract Award

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. This role is critical in helping departments optimize performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (not limited to duties as described – performs related duties as requested)

    l Analyze program performance metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations

    l Assist in developing and monitoring project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables

    l Collect, organize, and interpret data to support performance reporting and continuous improvement

    l Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership

    l Evaluate program policies, procedures, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement

    l Support the coordination of cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication between departments

    l Conduct research on best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

    l Develop and implement systems and tools to track program performance

    l Provide administrative and technical support for program reviews, audits, and evaluations

    l Ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards


    LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:

    · Must be able to function independently

    · Provide overview and general use training to all organization members and key leaders upon request

    Travel Required:

    · 10%

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    l Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

    l Extensive knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing and/or category management.

    l Ability to lead workshops, gather and document business requirements while working with team to configure requirements.

    l Extensive knowledge and understanding of product sourcing, materials purchasing and consulting clients on vendor management best practices.

    l Ability to identify, troubleshoot and mentor teams to solve complex business issues.

    l Ability to develop and create presentations within data analysis software.

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    l Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)

    l Working knowledge of federal, state, or local government operations

    l Familiarity with statistical analysis and/or SQL
