RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of Miami’s most impactful non-profit organizations that is currently seeking a Program Assistant to support their Director of Housing. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Our client specializes in humanitarian efforts, and assisting the underserved population of Miami. They have been in operation more than 50 years, and have helped more than hundreds of thousands in need.
As Program Assistant, you would be responsible for supporting the administrative, operational, and compliance functions of the organization’s housing programs that serve homeless and underserved populations across Miami. This role plays a critical part in ensuring housing operations run efficiently through strong attention to detail, process management, and documentation oversight.
The Program Assistant will help manage lease documentation, review contracts, coordinate purchase orders, and support program compliance requirements while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the housing department.
