    About the Role:

    Join The Goddard School of Geist, IN as a Program Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting our educational, operational, and compliance functions. This role ensures adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards while assisting leadership with staff management, family relations, and program implementation. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced early childhood environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in the planning and implementation of daily educational activities.

    Support lead teachers in classroom management and student engagement. Substitute in classrooms as required.

    Conduct tours for prospective families.

    Support enrollment process, including onboarding and documentation.

    Assist in staffing and recruiting efforts.

    Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

    Manage inventory of classroom materials and supplies.

    Support social media initiatives, newsletters, and family enrollment growth.

    Requirements:

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.

    1-2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.

    Experience with accreditation processes preferred.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices.

    Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
