    ABOUT THE PROGRAM CAREER STRATEGIST ROLE

    6 Figure Chick Consulting™ is looking for a Program Career Strategist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our career acceleration program, The Accelerator. You will provide facilitation and support within our group program, as well as help clients by optimizing their resumes, developing their LinkedIn profiles, and finding curated job recommendations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients, mentors, and the 6 Figure Chick Consulting™ team to ensure the smooth execution of the program and the success of its participants. Your expertise will lie in the career coaching and mentoring space with a focus on professional development.

    This position is interviewing immediately with an immediate (flexible) start date. This is a full-time non-exempt employee position, 32-40 hours per week. Must be available to work Monday - Friday between 9am - 5p CST. The salary for this position is $70,000/year, paid bi-monthly. This role includes a 90-day probationary period to ensure alignment with expectations and performance standards. Salary increases will be evaluated annually.

    • You are available to communicate within CST timezone, 9am-5pm, at least five days during the work week (Mon-Fri)

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • CLIENT MANAGEMENT & COACHING

      • Build a strong rapport with clients to understand their career aspirations, challenges, and goals.
      • Provide personalized and empathetic support to clients throughout their career journey.
      • Actively listen to clients' concerns and provide practical advice and insights to help them overcome obstacles.
      • Facilitate calls and coach clients through group coaching calls and community-hosting platforms.
      • Provide practical support to help clients achieve milestones and progress through our coaching program.
    • CAREER STRATEGY & CONSULTING

      • Strategize with clients to identify potential career paths and develop actionable plans to achieve their goals.
      • Provide guidance on how to effectively network, develop skills, and navigate career transitions.
      • Help clients overcome common career challenges such as imposter syndrome, job search fatigue, and negotiating job offers.
      • Conduct comprehensive resume reviews to identify areas for improvement.
      • Tailor resumes to specific job postings, highlighting clients' skills and experiences.
      • Utilize industry best practices to optimize resumes for online and applicant tracking systems.
      • Build and optimize LinkedIn profiles to increase clients' visibility and professional network.
      • Create compelling profiles that showcase clients' expertise, experience, and achievements.
      • Provide guidance on how to effectively utilize LinkedIn to expand professional networks and access job opportunities.
      • Utilize job recommendation platforms and tools to provide clients with personalized job recommendations.
      • Review and analyze job descriptions to ensure recommended jobs align with clients' skills, experience, and career goals.
      • Continuously monitor job market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information on job opportunities.
    • TASK MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

      • Provide administrative support to the department.
      • Maintain and support optimal inbox, file, task management.
      • Monitor and maintain statuses of incoming and outgoing assignments.
      • Maintain support for systems and processes.

    REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • 1+ years of experience professional or career development, training, onboarding, facilitation/ education, HR or Recruiting

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

    • Passion for career development and helping individuals achieve their professional goals.

    • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    NICE TO HAVE SKILLS WOULD BE:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.

    • Previous experience in recruiting or career development.

    • Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or career advising.
