Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Program Controls – Cost Manager to support complex, high-visibility programs within our East Region. This role sits at the intersection of project controls and program management, supporting initiatives that extend beyond individual projects and carry broader responsibilities tied to government oversight, stakeholder alignment, financial stewardship, and long-term legacy outcomes.
As a Program Controls – Cost Manager, you will provide strategic cost and controls leadership across multi-project programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives while navigating the added complexities of legislation, political considerations, multi-partner KPIs, and cross-organizational collaboration. You will work closely with program leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to drive disciplined execution, transparency, and informed decision-making at the program level.
