Responsibilities:

Oversee CNA program compliance with NJ DOH NATCEP standards.

Supervise and support instructors in classroom and clinical training.

Ensure accurate skills checklists, student evaluations, and records.

Liaise with long-term care (LTC) facilities and clinical partners.

Maintain high academic and professional standards in alignment with institutional policies.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (verification required).

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

LTC or Geriatrics experience preferred.
