Job Description Lead the coordination and execution of arts programs and events that strengthen the community through arts and culture across CAAC locations, public spaces, and community settings. This role coordinates projects from planning through delivery and follow-up, reports to the Operations Manager, and collaborates with the entire CAAC team.
Job Duties Lead the coordination of assigned programs
Maintain schedules and timelines across vendors, partners, and team members
Communicate with artists, performers, and vendors to establish parameters and execute contracts
Collaborate with another Program Coordinator to align timelines, share resources, and support select shared large events
Coordinate program logistics and on-site operations
Manage set-up/clean-up, hospitality, materials, and volunteers
Serve as the on-site lead, troubleshooting in real time and ensuring a high-quality participant experience
Perform physical production tasks, including transporting materials, event setup/teardown, and art handling
Build and maintain relationships across the community, including partners, sponsors, artists, contractors, and volunteers
Support marketing and communications efforts
Work with Executive Director and marketing firm to ensure consistent promotion of programs
Coordinate marketing timelines and scope of work
Track and file marketing assets
Contribute to team operations and continuous improvement
Develop and refine systems, workflows, and timelines
Make programmatic decisions that reflect the organization’s goals and values
Participate in team meetings and community networks
Take on additional projects as assigned
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in public programs, events, hospitality, or related fields required. The ideal candidate is:
