    Job Description

    This role offers a range of $69,000 to $75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

    As a Project Coordinator at INX’s West Chicago, IL facility, your role involves overseeing multiple projects related to ink manufacturing process development and improvement. Here are your key responsibilities:

    1. Project Oversight : Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to drive and deliver key projects on time and according to specifications.
    2. Detailed Planning : Maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring that critical tasks are identified, and the critical path is addressed.
    3. High-Level Roadmap : Create and maintain a high-level Project Roadmap, communicating progress in key project milestones to management.
    4. Resource Assessment : Work with teams to assess resource allocations required for project delivery, prioritizing activities effectively.
    5. Product Management Alignment : Coordinate closely with Product Management to understand project priorities.
    6. Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot issues as they arise during project execution.
    7. Timelines and Scheduling : Develop project timelines, ensuring competing project schedules are appropriately prioritized.
    8. Data Utilization : Utilize SAP and TPM to collect, analyze, process, and present data for informed decision-making.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent on-the-job training experience.
    • 5+ years of procurement experience in a production environment.
    • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems.
    • A successful track record of utilizing problem-solving methods to continuously improve quality, delivery, and cost performance.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Independence in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
    • Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in the use and understanding of SAP.

    Additional Considerations (a plus) :

    • Relevant certification in APICS, ISM , or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of the ink industry or chemical industry.
    • Working understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
