    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the overall operational excellence of our Kiddie Academy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning and implementation of our educational programs, mentoring staff, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children and families. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Academy Director to uphold our mission, values, and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Ensure full compliance with federal/state regulations and Kiddie Academy® standard operating procedures

    Support and supervise staff in daily operations, classroom practices, and professional development

    Champion the Kiddie Academy® Philosophy, Mission, and Core Values in all internal and external communications

    Assist in training staff to deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and classroom activities

    Actively participate in academy events, including staff meetings, training sessions, open houses, and family engagement initiatives

    Step in to cover staffing needs when regularly scheduled personnel are unavailable

    Monitor medication logs and ensure accurate documentation of children’s daily reports, including dietary restrictions and photos

    Spend majority of time in classrooms mentoring teachers on best practices in health, safety, and early childhood education

    Ensure fidelity to the Life Essentials® curriculum and support teachers in articulating learning outcomes to families

    Assist with enrollment inquiries, follow-ups, and facility tours

    Conduct regular inspections of classrooms, playgrounds, and kitchen areas to maintain safety and quality standards

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

    Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare center operations preferred

    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Ability to model and mentor best practices in classroom environments
