    Summary – Program Coordinator / Manager : In this position you would play an instrumental role in supporting multiple programs and coordinating efforts to ensure quality, on-time, and cost-effective product delivery. You will be coordinating multiple projects that are critical to organizational goals and centered around government manufacturing contracts.

    Responsibility Summary – Program Coordinator / Manager

    • Review open action items and project schedules; organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
    • Manage service purchase orders to support project schedules and on-time delivery
    • Respond to open customer questions or requests
    • Facilitate customer engagement and support strategic growth initiatives
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
    • Review customer orders, order changes and request for quotes
    • Build new project schedules as needed with all resources and dates identified.
    • Plan follow-up meetings with necessary departments
    • Review production status to ensure programs are on track.
    • Provide management team with a weekly status report on projections
    • Attend, participate, and support weekly team meetings
    • Compile and review customer financial and delivery performance
    • Review work-in-progress costs for accuracy and act as necessary
    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

    Qualifications Summary – Program Coordinator / Manager

    • Experience supporting government contracts and/or aerospace programs
    • 3 years’ experience working with ERP, MRP, or SAP systems
    • Experience managing operational customer support teams
    • Understanding of procurement activities
    • Understanding of quoting activities
    • Understanding of project management
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Embraces multi-tasking
    • Motivated, self-starter- must take on new roles and responsibilities as needed
    • Proficiency in the use of MS Office 365
    • Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field of study preferred
