Program Coordinator | Mountzion Community Supports LLC (Compensation: $25 per hour)

Mountzion Community Supports LLC is dedicated to empowering individuals with physical and mental challenges to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team.

The Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess individual needs, coordinate appropriate programs, and support the effective implementation of services. This role plays a key part in ensuring all programs align with the organization’s mission and the goals of the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee programs based on individualized needs and service plans

Collaborate with multiple departments to assess program effectiveness and identify service gaps

Support management in the development and implementation of new initiatives

Participate in departmental and organizational meetings to ensure alignment with company goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience

Experience working in human services or environments supporting individuals with physical and mental challenges

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
