Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team at Mountzion Community Supports LLC. We provide services to people with physical and mental challenges.
As a Program Coordinator, you will work closely with numerous different departments to assess training and program needs, and then find appropriate program options to fill those needs. You will also attend various meetings to gain a better understanding of the company's goals, assist management with implementing new programs, and ensure all company programs are in line with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar coordinator role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
Responsibilities
A bachelor's degree in a humanities-related field and at least 3 years of work experience.
Determine the best programs for each department based on their unique needs.
Assist management in implementing programs effectively
Attend various department meetings to gain a deeper understanding
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a field related to the humanities with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
The ability to work well independently and within a team
We pay $20 / hr to start.
