    Position Overview:

    The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of programs and client initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

    • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal team members

    • Maintain detailed and organized program documentation, schedules, and records

    • Assist in the development of program materials, reports, and presentations

    • Monitor project progress and follow up on action items and deadlines

    • Support the onboarding of new clients or program participants

    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up communications

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices

    • Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project support, or client services

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello/Asana, Slack)

    • Positive, solution-oriented attitude and a collaborative mindset

    • Experience working remotely is a plus
