Job Summary
Ultimate Restoration Unlimited (URU) is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our workforce development and internship programs. This position is responsible for coordinating participant enrollment, maintaining relationships with referral partners, recruiting participants to fill available program openings, developing program schedules, monitoring attendance and progress, and ensuring participants have a successful training experience.
The Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for participants and community partners, helping connect individuals to meaningful internship and skill-building opportunities while supporting the overall success and growth of URU's programs.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of workforce development and internship programs.
Recruit and enroll participants into available program opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including WorkSource Centers, Job Corps, schools, colleges, community organizations, and other workforce agencies.
Conduct outreach to fill available program openings and maintain full program enrollment.
Schedule participant interviews, orientations, and program start dates.
Create and manage weekly participant schedules and attendance records.
Monitor participant progress, engagement, and program completion.
Maintain accurate participant files, databases, and program documentation.
Communicate regularly with participants, referral partners, and internal staff regarding program updates and opportunities.
Assist with onboarding new participants and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
Qualifications
An associate degree is preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in workforce development, case management, program coordination, community outreach, education, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with community partners and participants.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
