    PLA is looking for an experienced Program Customer support specialist to act as part of the program Customer support team as liaison between the program and the community/customers. Help provide superb Customer support services to include timely assistance and responses to customers needs, troubleshooting, and provide information to the homeowners for scheduled visits via phone, e-mail, chat and social media. Responsible for solving customer complaints, maintaining records and enhancing customer satisfaction to foster smooth coordination.

    Duties:

    General office/administrative coordination related to freight forwarding and logistics.

    What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Support Associate?

    · Provide prompt and professional support to program customers / homeowners communicating any visits by the program contracts via phone, email, and social media, ensuring a seamless service experience.

    · Resolve any customer/homeowner questions/complaints with a solutions-focused approach that drives customer satisfaction.

    · Update customer accounts and accurately log service requests using internal CRM tools to maintain precise records.

    · Deliver exceptional customer care that strengthens program relationship with the customers/homeowners and promotes long-term collaboration.

    · Support new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices through peer mentoring as you grow in the role.

    What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as a Customer Support Associate?

    · High School Diploma or GED required; additional college coursework or degree in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.

    · Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.

    · Results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and competitive spirit to exceed performance goals.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional presence.

    · Ability to quickly build rapport, foster trust, and maintain positive customer relationships.

    · Genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right solutions.

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to the program office 3 days a week and 2 days can work remotely.

    · Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet Program needs.
