We're growing and hiring a Program Enrollment Advisor to help prospective clients — families and institutions — understand our offerings and enroll in the programs that best meet their needs. You'll work primarily with potential clients who've already reached out and are actively considering a program.

As a Program Enrollment Advisor , you'll own part of our sales funnel: following up with interested families (and maybe even institutions), guiding them through their decision-making, and converting interest into paid enrollments.
You'll succeed in this role if you:

are organized and can track and manage a high volume of conversations and still deliver quality, human interactions in an efficient and organized manner
This is a full-time, fully remote role within your home state in the United States. Work hours are generally 9:00am–6:00pm ET, Monday–Friday. You'll report to leadership and will work closely with the tutoring and class operations teams.
As a Program Enrollment Advisor, you'll:
manage, organize, and track a high volume of inbound leads using HubSpot and other similar technologies
respond promptly by phone, email, and/or text to guide prospective clients through their decision-making
point customers to the right program based on academic goals, timing, and fit
convert interest into paid tutoring packages, class enrollments, or partnership agreements
coordinate demos, proposals, and onboarding for schools and educational consultants
monitor seasonal enrollment cycles (e.g., SHSAT, ISEE, SAT) and prioritize follow-up accordingly
collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program handoffs and accurate availability
participate in implement prospecting workflows to identify potential institutional clients
hit (and aim to exceed) individual and team-based performance metrics
document and refine workflows
We're looking for someone with:
a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
at least 2 years of client-facing or sales experience
at least 1 year of experience managing a pipeline, queue, or multi-step client flow
strong written and verbal communication skills
comfort managing deadlines and priorities across multiple conversations at once
familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM systems
Extra credit for:
experience in the education or edtech space (especially K–12 or test prep)
familiarity with NYC school admissions and standardized testing
experience in a dual B2C/B2B sales or advising role
comfort interpreting performance targets or KPIs
We take work seriously—but we know there's more to life than work. That's why we take a holistic approach to compensation and benefits:
Base Salary :
This role offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. The base salary reflects performance expectations tied to historical enrollment benchmarks. A full-time team member in this role is expected to maintain those benchmarks as part of their core responsibilities.
Variable Compensation :
We've designed our bonus structure to reward impact, support consistency, and reflect the seasonal nature of our programs. Exceed baseline enrollment levels in our tutoring or class (or both!) programs and earn bonuses based on the magnitude of that growth. Bonuses are paid twice annually and are tied to measurable increases above baseline performance. While actual earnings vary based on performance, high performers achieving 15% growth over baseline can earn $35,000 or more in bonus compensation.
Eligibility for bonuses begins after the first semester in the role, and payouts require active employment at the time of disbursement. Detailed bonus policies and metrics will be shared later in the hiring process.
