Pilot Company is seeking a Program Intern for our PDI Pricing team in Knoxville, TN, for the summer of 2027. As an Energy Pricing Intern, you'll work alongside teams responsible for wholesale operations, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. • Drive Process & System Automation: Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, improving business processes, and helping teams leverage technology to work more efficiently and effectively.

    • Streamline Business Processes: Identify operational inefficiencies and partner directly with wholesale groups to implement streamlined, modern ways of working.

    • Deliver Data-Driven Process Insights: Leverage Celonis process mining and analytics to evaluate workflow performance, uncover bottlenecks, and propose actionable, high-impact improvements for the team.
