    What You’ll Do

    Support Hands-On Learning: Partner with the Program Lead to guide age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity, play, and growth.

    Create a Welcoming Space: Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and cheerful classroom where every child feels loved and secure.

    Connect with Families: Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and support open communication about their child’s day.

    Grow as an Educator: Participate in ongoing workshops, trainings, and skill-building opportunities (including First Aid/CPR certification).

    What We’re Looking For

    A compassionate, dependable individual with a genuine heart for working with young children.

    A strong team player with great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

    Prior experience or credentials in childcare (preferred, but a passion for helping kids learn and grow is most important!).

    High School Diploma or GED.

    Ability to pass standard criminal background and central registry checks.
