👶 What You’ll Do

As a Program Lead Teacher Aide, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom for children.

Your role will include:

✔ Assisting with daily classroom learning activities ✔ Supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth ✔ Creating a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment ✔ Building positive relationships with families and caregivers ✔ Working collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership ✔ Helping maintain licensing and program standards ✔ Supporting classroom routines, meals, and transitions

You will play an important role in helping children learn, grow, and feel supported every day.

📚 Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent ✔ Childcare experience preferred (but not required) ✔ Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and MAT certification ✔ Must pass criminal background and central registry check
