Foundations Learning Academy is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Program Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning and support the development of infants and toddlers in a safe, engaging, and structured environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for educators who want to lead a classroom, mentor teacher aides, and help children build strong developmental foundations.

🎯 Position Overview

The Program Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences that promote the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of children.

The Lead Teacher creates a nurturing and structured classroom environment while guiding Teacher Aides and maintaining strong partnerships with families.

👶 Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan and implement engaging classroom learning activities ✔ Promote children's cognitive, emotional, and social development ✔ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment ✔ Supervise and support Teacher Aides and classroom staff ✔ Build positive relationships with children and their families ✔ Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and program standards ✔ Maintain classroom documentation and developmental observations ✔ Support family engagement and communication

📚 Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma required (ECE coursework preferred) ✔ Early Childhood Education or Child Development experience preferred ✔ Ability to obtain or maintain:

• CPR / First Aid Certification • MAT (Medication Administration Training) • Required licensing clearances

✔ Must pass criminal background and central registry checks
