Job Description

The Program Manager position will lead all day-to-day operational requirements to manage key national programs. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all program-related activities to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and progressive growth for assigned accounts. Pay Range $98,000 — $120,00 USD

** Principle Responsibilities**

• Provides a central point of communication for customer inquiries, issues and conflict resolution to ensure excellent customer support
• Management and development of teams
• Understands and represents the Voice of the Customer and communicates all customer needs and considerations with key internal stakeholders
• Ensures current programs and development projects meet customer needs and requirements
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure that program deliverables are consistently met on time and meet expectations
• Facilitates the communication of forecast projections and anticipated customer requirements to ensure the continuous availability of company products for delivery to customers
• Reports monthly on key customer metrics and budget requirements
• Intermittent travel to customers / vendors

Education/Experience:

• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree

• 5-10 years of business experience. Preferably in a program management, product management, or account management type role with a heavy customer interface

• This position is in the Automotive industry. A background in the Automotive Aftermarket retail or commercial landscape is highly preferred

• People management

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Advanced Excel preferred

• SAP experience preferred
