    As a Barclays Program Manager, you will be responsible for directing complex, highly visible programs or projects that cut across the business, operations, and technology. This is an opportunity to develop a plan, evaluate potential risks and benefits, collaborate with business partners to land on the best solutions, and drive team to deliver through completion. Coordinating overall project documentation across all bank functions including requirements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, weekly status reports, will also be part of your role.

    What will you be doing?

    • Spearheading large projects with multiple business, operations, and technology stakeholders
    • Organizing project delivery cadence and running effective discussions together with senior leadership and project team
    • Coordinating overall project documentation across all bank functions including requirements, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, weekly status reports
    • Defining, creating, and updating project plan; tracking upcoming deliverables and ensure completion of project milestones and tasks
    • Driving financial accountability and transparency through budget management, monitoring and reporting of forecast vs. actuals
    • Ensuring projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives
    • Managing a team of tech and operations project managers
    • Leveraging project management best practices

    What we’re looking for:

    • Several years project management experience, managing projects and teams; Experienced in SAFE Agile/RTE role
    • Proven ability to manage and influence resources to deliver to intended outcomes in a matrixed environment
    • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive
    • Detail-oriented and organized

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Over four years’ experience working in Financial Services
    • Budget management experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and tools(JIRA, Confluence)
    • PMP/PMI/RTE certification, LEAN is a plus
