Provide services and support as a Program Manager - Data Management & Business Intelligence [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager - Data Management & Business Intelligence | Business Analytics Support [NSF0009009]
Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence delivering Business Analytics Support through Lead the mission | orchestrate delivery | keep data engineering, dashboarding, and report automation on time and on standard.. Further, they Lead end-to-end delivery for the Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence workstream; manage schedule, budget, risks, issues, staffing, and quality. Coordinate OCHCO/OCIO stakeholders, govern performance against SLAs/KPIs, and ensure deliverables across data engineering, dashboarding, report automation are integrated, compliant, and production-ready.
Program Manager - Data Management & Business Intelligence Professionals typically cover Data Management & Business Intelligence Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Senior lead/architect/manager scope with enterprise influence, independent judgment, and responsibility for cross-functional delivery or strategy.. Qualifications

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, human resources, information systems, or related field; Master’s degree and federal certifications preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - Data Management & Business Intelligence; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.
Skills Required
