    This is an exciting career opportunity for the professional who is a passionate leader and dedicated to being of service to those in need of exceptional care. The Encino Detox Center is committed to the highest standard of substance use disorder and mental health care in the industry. The Encino Detox Center is seeking a full time Recovery Services Manager to help lead our growing team. The Encino Detox Center is new, 12-bed, licensed and accredited Inpatient Detox/Residential program for primary drug and alcohol use disorders on a private estate in Encino, California.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Under the direct supervision of the CCO, the Treatment Services Manager provides a variety of relationship-based care, supervision and interventions including group counseling, crisis intervention, individual counseling, recovery sessions, staff coaching and training, admissions support and discharge planning in addition to other relevant services to clients and company. The Treatment Services Manager is a clinical team leader providing comprehensive social, interpersonal, counseling and recovery services for clients experiencing a range of SUD and MH disorders.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    CADAC Certification I/II- Preferred

    RADT - Required

    Bachelors Degree- Preferred

    Experience:

    Addiction Counseling: 3 years +

    Mental Health: 2 years +

    License/Certification/Registration:

    BBS, RADT, CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP (Required)

    • Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with clients struggling with addiction and mental health

    • Excellent coordination of medical services and linkage with providers.

    • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of medical/psychiatric terminology and psychopharmacology.

    • Demonstrated ability to visually and audibly assess the mental status and psychosocial needs of clients

    • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in collaborating and coordinating services and service providers to best meet client and company need.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the CCO on program development, engagement, and enhancement initiatives.

    Incorporates DHCS and TJC standards and requirements into the day to day management of The Encino Detox Center keeping company and environment of care in inspection ready condition at all times.

    Assess and assign staff to roles and duties necessary to best meet the needs of client and company.

    Serve as the company liaison with community partners and internal stakeholders.

    Co-lead teams in the effective implementation of the ARC Model of care

    EMR records management.

    Staffing oversight and responsible for ensuring the staff schedule meets all needs and fiscally responsible,

    Coordination of treatment team(s) communication regarding Treatment, QA & CQI.

    Create and maintain a staffing schedule that meets organizational needs, adhering to DHCS, TJC, and other compliance requirements.

    Assist in the development and maintenance of staff HR files.

    Coordinate and conduct initial assessments and evaluations based on clinical or family needs.

    Manage a caseload and provide counseling to clients as necessary.

    Oversee nursing department systems and maintain high standards of operation.

    Ensure excellent client care is integrated into the therapeutic environment, with documented group therapy for all clients.

    Co-manage tracking of LOC authorizations, discharges, assessments, and assist QA in records management.

    Familiarize with all systems, manuals, and regulations related to service provision.

    Assess and coordinate client readiness for step-down, discharge, and treatment planning with the team, making referrals as necessary.

    Support the onboarding of new staff and ensure compliance with training requirements.

    Actively participate in weekly treatment team meetings, providing leadership and training.

    Consult with families and other providers on admission, discharge, and aftercare planning.

    Notify the CCO of any safety concerns, staffing needs, or disciplinary actions.

    Provide in-service recommendations and or training and education to staff.

    Engage in agency efforts to improve quality of care.
