Position: Program Manager – FBI Insider Threat Office (InTO) Support

Location: Onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph Position Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract award Start Date: On or about September 30, 2025

Overview:

Cornerstone seeks a skilled Program Manager to oversee contractor operations supporting the FBI Insider Threat Office (InTO). The PM will manage day-to-day activities, serve as the primary government liaison, and ensure performance quality across the analytical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide contract-level oversight and performance management

Manage and resolve personnel issues and ensure full operational coverage

Collaborate with government stakeholders and analysts to define deliverables

Conduct reviews of intelligence products and develop actionable insights

Lead contract transition efforts and maintain conformance with task schedules

Deliver status reports, conduct PMRs, and implement quality assurance protocols

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative, intelligence, or national security functions

At least 5 years of leadership or management experience

Experience with analytical methodology and risk management concepts

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

· Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a current counterintelligence polygraph
