• Program Management documentation, including system inventories, strategic documentation, white papers, contracts, MOUs, and all other deliverables required to oversee and manage the Law Enforcement Data Sharing Program and support the Law Enforcement Data Sharing Focus Group
• Project Management Plan, describing how the project will be planned, executed, monitored, controlled and closed;
• Project Schedule, including activity definition, activity sequencing, activity duration estimating, milestones, and resource allocations updated biweekly;
• Risk Management Plan including a risk register identifying all risks with a qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and risk response plans updated biweekly;
• Issue Register updated biweekly.
• Deployment and Implementation Plan;
• Test Plans including Defect Management Plan;
• Communications and Communications Management Plan;
• Action Items Register;
• Status reports based on the reporting schedule;
• Monthly Grant Activity report, if applicable, and
• Monthly Budget and Expenditures report, if applicable.
• Research papers on existing systems and related technology;
• Information on data fields and data mapping activities;
• Summarization and/or white papers of research activities;
• Presentations as required;
• Documentation for Sole Source, Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB), and Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) as required;
• Post-production statistics and vendor SLA evaluations;
