We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Project Manager with experience in both hardware and software development, ideally within the aviation or aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will manage product lifecycles from concept through deployment, collaborating closely with engineering, product, quality, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aviation-related projects involving embedded systems, avionics, or related hardware/software products

Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, operations, etc.)

Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with business standards and regulatory requirements

Drive clear and timely communication across all project stakeholders

Monitor progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure milestones are met

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment

Proven experience managing hardware and software product development

Solid understanding of aviation/aerospace industry and related regulatory standards

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills

Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

PMP or similar project management certification

Background in embedded systems or avionics development
