    Program Manager

    We’re looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives that span multiple teams, projects, and stakeholder groups. This role is responsible for driving coordination, maintaining visibility, and ensuring key initiatives are executed with clear structure and measurable outcomes.

    This individual will partner closely with senior leaders to align priorities, monitor progress, and guide delivery from initial planning through completion. In addition to overseeing program governance and reporting, this role will provide direction and support to project managers and broader delivery teams.

    The right candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale programs, experience operating in complex environments, and comfort working within organizations that have regulatory or compliance considerations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate multi-project initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

    • Establish and refine program frameworks, processes, and best practices to support consistent execution

    • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including schedules, dependencies, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies

    • Partner with executive stakeholders to define success criteria, track performance, and resolve critical issues

    • Provide regular, structured updates on progress, risks, milestones, and overall program health

    • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including business, technology, operations, and external partners as needed

    • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables

    • Ensure adherence to internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices where applicable

    • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing program delivery approaches

    • Mentor and support project managers and team members to promote consistency and growth

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

    • PMP certification or equivalent

    • Strong experience delivering initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

    • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders

    • Skilled at influencing and driving alignment without direct authority

    • Experience mentoring or coaching project or program team members

    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    • Familiarity with modern program management tools and reporting systems

    Preferred Background

    • Experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, or other regulated environments

    • Track record working within large, matrixed organizations

    • Exposure to compliance-driven initiatives, enterprise system implementations, or transformation programs

    • Additional certifications such as Agile, SAFe, Lean, or Six Sigma

    • Experience supporting AI or emerging technology-related initiatives is a plus
