Position Summary The Program Manager/ISSO serves as the primary interface with the Government COR and Program Manager. This senior leader is responsible for overall contract execution, technical direction, Agile process governance, risk management, and compliance with all security, accreditation, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily program oversight, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, quarterly releases, and Development Roadmap deliverables.

Act as the designated ISSO, managing RMF accreditation, security controls, documentation, and reaccreditation activities.

Ensure 99% system availability and resolution of any outage within 24 hours.

Lead briefings, user support, and coordination with business executive, CIO, and other stakeholders.

Manage transition, knowledge transfer, recruiting, retention, and surge staffing activation.

Maintain compliance with all SOW performance metrics and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of program management experience on classified intelligence IT contracts.

Active TS/SCI clearance with current SSBI or equivalent.

IAT Level II certification (or higher) within required timelines.

Demonstrated experience serving as ISSO on RMF-accredited systems.

Strong knowledge of Java/Dropwizard, AWS cloud (TC2S/SC2S), Agile/DevSecOps, and intelligence community workflows.
