    About the Role

    We are seeking a Transformation Program Manager (P20) to coordinate and deliver defined program components within larger enterprise initiatives. This role will contribute to planning, manage day-to-day execution for assigned tasks, maintain program artifacts, and collaborate closely with senior PMs and cross-functional partners to enable smooth delivery and adoption.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage assigned work packets - support build schedules, track progress, contribute manage dependencies/RAIDs for your scope, escalate blockers promptly.
    • Run core cadences for your workstream (standups, demos, release readiness) and ensure documentation discipline across plans, decisions, and risks.
    • Support change & adoption-coordinate communications, training logistics, stakeholder lists, and feedback collection to help land new processes/tools.
    • Partner effectively with engineers, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders; contribute to cross-team alignment and follow-through.
    • Report status and metrics via dashboards and summaries; highlight deltas to plan and support proposing next best actions in collaboration with senior PMs.

    Qualifications

    • Experience coordinating cross-functional project tasks with clear ownership and deliverables; familiarity with transformation/change initiatives.
    • Working knowledge of Agile/Hybrid methods (Scrum, Kanban) and program operations.
    • Clear written/verbal communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Tools: hands-on with Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly).
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $68,100 -- $145,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
