    Job Description

    The Program Manager is responsible for the success, retention, and growth of key customer accounts, across Informa TechTarget’s brand to demand product suite of services. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them achieve their marketing objectives while ensuring seamless delivery of services. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and maintain strong, professional relationships at all levels of the customer organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Success and Account Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
    • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customer personnel, including senior leadership.
    • Proactively assess and address customer needs, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize program outcomes.
    • Deliver quarterly business reviews, presenting performance metrics and ongoing value to client stakeholders.

    Strategic Consultation and Program Delivery

    • Advise clients on content marketing strategies, industry best practices, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Ensure the successful delivery of purchased services, managing client expectations and resolving escalated issues.
    • Apply company methodologies and processes to enhance customer programs and achieve desired outcomes.

    Internal Collaboration and Coordination

    • Work closely with internal teams, including content strategists, ad operations, sales, and leadership, to fulfill client objectives.
    • Collaborate on the development and scoping of new or additional engagements as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, Enterprise SaaS, or content marketing in a customer success or account management capacity
    • Demonstrated knowledge of content marketing, marketing analytics, digital marketing, advertising, and email marketing
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage and drive success within an enterprise account framework
    • Strategic thinker with a track record of solving complex challenges and delivering business results

    The salary range for this role is $70,000- $75,000 based on experience.
