    Job Description

    The Program Manager, reporting to the US Head of Integration and Transformation, plays a key role in supporting strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization by managing project planning, tracking, communication, and reporting. This role involves building strong relationships with internal teams and global stakeholders, preparing governance materials, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. The position also requires collaboration with cross-functional departments such as IT, HR, Compliance, and Business Analysts to drive business growth and may involve occasional travel.

    What you’ll do

    • You will support the delivery of M&A integration and strategic business transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality service standards.
    • You’ll work with cross-functional teams and help develop consistent project management tools like tracking systems and rollout plans.
    • For each assigned project, you’ll create documentation such as training materials, leadership updates, and communication plans.
    • You’ll collaborate with other departments to meet project goals on time and within budget, while also contributing to the broader transformation strategy.
    • You’ll assist in handling client escalations, integrate business data across departments, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • You have 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and strong MS Office skills—especially in Excel.
    • You’re skilled at working across cultures and borders, with proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
    • You excel at multitasking, relationship building, and maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
    • You bring experience in financial services, private equity, or management consulting, and have led integration or transformation projects.
    • You may have advanced skills like Visual Basic/Excel macros and a Master’s degree and ideally live in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
