Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• International Launch Execution
• Own end-to-end program coordination for international launches, from pilot through General Availability (GA)
• Partner closely with in-market leads, VR product managers, engineering, and support teams to drive successful launches
• Maintain clear visibility of timelines, blockers, and dependencies across work streams and markets

Localization & Readiness:

• Drive localization planning and execution for VR SIM content, features, UI/UX, and enablement materials
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., localization vendors, legal, compliance) to ensure country-specific readiness
• Support in designing scalable quality standards and localization workflows to drive repeatable success across new markets

Program Management & Communication:

• Build and maintain detailed project plans aligned to the International Expansion Framework
• Support cross-functional communication and alignment across Legal, Sales, Training, Marketing, PSO, and Support
• Help prepare internal documentation and training materials to ensure each region is properly enabled for launch and adoption

Qualifications

Ideal Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of program or project management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Experience with product localization, international expansion, or global operations
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, including ability to coordinate across global time zones
• Excellent attention to detail and project tracking skills (e.g., timelines, status reporting, dependency management)
• Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, Airtable, Confluence, or equivalent
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• Ability to work in PST to ensure collaboration with team

Bonus Experience:

• Familiarity with VR, simulation-based training, or enterprise SaaS
• Fluency in a second language or international work experience
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments

Additional Information

This project is expected to last 6-12 months at approx. 35-40 hours per week.
