This is a full-time position contingent upon the awarding of the contract, expected by the end of September.

The program manager will oversee the execution of a large, multi-partner, complex technical program, ensuring alignment and success in achieving the project objectives and milestones throughout the engagement’s lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and contractual obligations throughout the program lifecycle.
- Review project scope, schedule, and budget reporting, proactively identifying and communicating risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of program documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Direct and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability across all workstreams.
- Implement best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive efficiency and project success.
- Support business development initiatives, including proposal writing, contract negotiations, and program expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and government representatives.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline); Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP Certification
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on federal government contracts and large-scale multi-million dollar) technical projects.
- Experience managing programs under federal contracting vehicles such as GSA, IDIQs, BPA, or GWACs.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with the ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance
