  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Provide oversight and leadership to the OEM,
    • Resource planning, including managing Field Service Specialist’s schedules within the various regions as they are deployed,
    • Manage costs within an assigned budget,
    • Develop and maintain program processes and procedures,
    • Create and analyze reports on a periodic basis to present to the OEM and MSXI leadership,
    • Responsible for KPIs and SLAs,
    • Hiring, training, and developing members of the project team and
    • Assure the completion of performance management processes.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor and report progress on the program to MSXI and OEM leadership,
    • Manage to a timescale, completing a set number of visits in a given timeframe,
    • Work to a strict set of manufacturer guidelines and parameters,
    • Develop and maintain customer relations with OEM business owners, local Regions and Dealers,
    • Demonstrate a sound understanding of Dealer aftersales processes within the Retailer network (Service, Parts and Warranty),
    • Manage a team of fully independent Field Service Specialists in line with the OEM parameters,
    • Create and present detailed reporting on the visit findings including recommended actions to OEM Management,
    • Analysis of KPI data and identify Dealer’s weaknesses and strengths,
    • Promote the value of the program to OEM management,
    • Provide strong detailed, accurate and timely reporting to MSXI/OEM Management and
    • Complete ad hoc duties where necessary for MSXI/OEM Management
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years Project Management required, preferrable managing technical field teams
    • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ automotive experience required; current ASE certification is preferred but previously certified individuals will be considered,
    • Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with the ability to deliver results,
    • Ability to travel in the USA on demand,
    • Ability to analyze and document vehicle case updates,
    • Ability to communicate technical information to all levels,
    • Ability to analyze data and create custom reports using provided templates,
    • Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and
    • Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • High School Diploma,
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel – will be tested,
    • Analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate the meaning of the data being presented,
    • Excellent Mathematical/Statistical and Logic skills and
    • Excellent Reasoning and Organizationl skills.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    • Full professional proficiency in English is required and
    • Minimum professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    • Knowledge of arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and their applications are required.

    Additional Information

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

    • Travel in the US on demand,

    • Call, video, email, message and communicate with dealers, OEM and co-workers during work hours and

    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and

    • Monday – Friday team hours plus admin hours.
