Job Description
The Program Manager 1 plans and manages assigned projects, serves as a liaison between the Company’s customers and internal personnel, manages assigned programs, progress to plan and its business implications to ensure that the Company’s deadlines, standards, and on time delivery are being met.
Following the approval guidelines established by the Director of Program Management, the Program Manager 1 conducts planning, management, production control, and order implementation activities on behalf of the Company. The Program Manager 1 also implements activities and techniques required to achieve scheduled or projected customer delivery dates. The Program Manager 1 communications order status information to internal constituents, to customers, and to suppliers (through purchasing). The Program Manager 1 also requests release of manufacturing orders/manufacturing order splits, submits requisitions to purchasing (through Master Scheduling) for the procurement of outside vendor manufacturing and outside processing.

Salary Offering: $34.00 per hour to $40.00 per hour
Shift: M - F, 7:00am - 3:30pm
