Position Summary: KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the DHS-wide Background Investigative Services contract. The PM will have full authority over contract performance and serve as the primary point of contact with DHS officials. This leadership role requires a strong background in personnel security and proven program management leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with DHS requirements.
Serve as the principal liaison between KENTECH and DHS Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Component Points of Contact (POCs).
Direct, execute, and control work under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
Lead and oversee nationwide investigative services.
Ensure timely submission of deliverables and reports (ROIs, Quality Control reports, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of combined personnel security and investigative experience (state or federal), plus 7 years of program management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Option 2:
Experience: Minimum 14 years of combined personnel security and investigative experience (state or federal), plus 10 years of program management.
Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Skills:
Proven analytical and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Authority to direct and manage contract performance.
Active or favorably adjudicated Tier 5 (T5) or High Tier (HT) clearance.
Compensation: Pay will be based on experience, clearance level, and contract scope. Estimated Range: $100,000 – $130,000/year
