    Overview TrueYou Center (TYC) is a Mental Health Center that provides an array of services, which include individual counseling for adults and children, couples and family counseling.TrueYou Center is hiring a Program Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our organization. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project goals are met while aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.

    Reporting & Supervision

    The Program Manager is a key partner of TYC leadership team

    Responsibilities include Hiring, Training, and Staff Management

    Oversee the hiring process with TYC.

    Provide training for new hires, ensuring all required TYC clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed

    Assess ongoing development and training needs and conduct ongoing training

    Hold staff compassionately accountable for meeting performance expectations

    Manage staff performance including implementing Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination processes as needed

    Supervision and Consultation

    Oversee peer supervision groups

    Provide clinical oversight to mental health practitioners and professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers

    Provide 1:1 supervision with all therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.

    Center Oversight

    Monitor provision of all TYC programs and services.

    Participate in Remote and in-person meetings and activities when needed and/or recommended.

    Meet with partnership relationships on a monthly basis to ensure program responsibilities and needs are met by both parties (in- person).

    Review and sign off on clinicians’ weekly therapy notes; due by Monday at 12:00

    Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with representatives from partnership relationships.

    Prepare monthly performance measure indicator reports.

    Ensure quality metric are maintained and compliance audits occur monthly

    Provide weekly summary, status of accomplishments and in progress tasks, for each program to the clinical director.

    Track number of clinicians’ weekly therapy sessions to include no-show and show rate. To include total number of billable hours.

    Develop strategies to ensure that clinicians are meeting their goal of Tier 3 therapy services with 15 - 25 hours of therapy per week.

    Complete TrueYou Center Audit

    Be knowledgeable about insurance verification

    Verify and Sign invoices from DC government and all grants.

    Complete DC government monthly Expenditure Report and all grants

    Complete TrueYou Center weekly payroll in ADP

    Plans, organizes, and supervises the operation of all TrueYou Center program(s) and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency

    Advise and consult with administration managers; meet with appropriate staff to identify and resolve problems or conflicts.

    Work closely with the clinical director to establish and manage long- and short-term program goals; develops, analyzes, and evaluates new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.

    Other responsibilities as assigned by clinical director

    Required Skills/Abilities

    Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline

    Independently licensed with DC issued clinical practice license (LICSW)

    Maryland and Virginia clinical licensures are a plus

    Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets

    Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

    Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications

    Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record systems

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
