    Join a high-impact federal program supporting the FBI’s mission to protect the nation. We are seeking a proven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities under a newly awarded BPA. This is a key leadership role, requiring both strategic insight and daily operational rigor.

    Requirements:

    Active Top Secret clearance (TS) with SSBI

    15+ years of experience in program/project management

    5+ years managing personnel security, background investigations, or federal investigative services

    Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

    Oversee compliance with Trusted Workforce 2.0 and FBI vetting frameworks

    Serve as liaison with FBI COs, CORs, and PMs

    Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance across all task orders

    Support investigative modernization efforts and metrics-driven oversight
