We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our leadership team!

Flexible and willing to jump in wherever needed
⭐ What You’ll Do:
Lead classes and coach instructors
Drive membership sales and program growth
Build strong relationships with families
Oversee daily operations and ensure excellence on the floor
Serve as Camp Lead on scheduled camp days
Help develop camp curriculum and lesson plans
Train and support camp staff
Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps
Help plan, execute, and facilitate all special events
Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events
🗓 Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday
Must be available mornings AND evenings
Must be available for all Little Gym special events Guaranteed 32 hours
This is a key leadership position. You’ll help shape our culture, grow our programs, lead our camps, and create unforgettable events for our families.
