About the Role:

As a Program Manager at Victorious Family Care Center, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care we provide to our community. Join a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of families in Bartlett, TN.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and program implementation to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.

Collaborate with staff to create and enhance program services tailored to community needs.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness.

Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing family care services.

Prepare and present program reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field; Master's preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the healthcare or social services sector dealing with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Proven leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in family care.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
