    About the Role:

    Join WHITINGTON HOMES AND SERVICES as a Program Manager, where you will lead innovative projects that build strong families in our community, Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional casework and therapeutic services for children and families.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and resources.

    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.

    Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress and address challenges.

    Implement best practices in project management methodologies.

    Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    Prepare and present project updates to Board Members and executive leadership.

    Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree, Master's or Doctorate in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.

    Current license issued by the Indiana Social worker, Marriage and Family director Worker, or Mental Health Counselor Board as one of the following: 1) Clinical Social Worker, 2) Marriage and Family Direct Worker, 3) Mental Health Counselor

    Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
